• Develop activities of scientific investigation, analysis, statistics and pursuit of the National and International legislation to guarantee the quality of the product and make a better productive chain.

• Differ and give a place to the Chiapaneco Coffee in new markets.
• Offer to the productive chain and preferably an instrument of market that allows the producers of coffee  to gain access medium-term at more equitable prices, guaranteeing to the consumer the quality and genunidad of the product
